Team Interest Form
Are you interested in our 2023-2024 Competition Teams? Let us know! Fill out this form if you have a dancer that would like to audition for a team at MDA for the first time. Auditions are required for our Competition Teams for those dancers in 3rd grade and up. Dancers younger than 2nd grade will be invited to an observation. Performance Lines are not required to audition. You do not need to complete this form if you are interested in only a Performance Line. Registration for Performance Lines for 2023-24 is now open.
