National Rehearsals run May 27-June 9th.

Please know that these 2 weeks are part of the 2 week prior to competition mandatory rehearsals.  We understand this is a busy time of year for everyone, please connect to discuss conflicts.

NATIONAL REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

Costume Transportation to Savannah, GA

• MDA will be transporting all group costumes to Savannah. This is required. Parents are responsible for transporting solo/duet/trio costumes. 
• You will be given 1-3 garment bags, depending on your total number of costumes. 
• Please pack multiple costumes into the garment bags.  Stuff them in there! 
• Put all accessories in a clearly marked zip lock baggie for each dance
• Pack shoes in a clearly marked gallon zip lock baggie. 
• Pack your complete costume, including accessories and shoes into the garment bags.  
• When packing costumes please use thin hangers.  Thin, felt hangers work best.
• Clearly label your garment bag with your dancer’s name and team. We ask that you pack your bags at home and bring them ready to the studio.

Garment Bag Pick Up

• Garment bags will be available for pick up at the recital.

Costume Drop Off - at MDA on Monday, June 9th

• Drop off Times:
  • Senior Elites: 4:00-4:45pm
  • Seniors: 4:45-5:30pm
  • Teens & Teen Elites: 5:30-6:15pm
  • Juniors: 6:15pm-7:00
    
• Dropping off within your timeframe allows us to easily organize the costumes for a smooth pick up process in Savannah.

Costume Pick Up at Imagine Nationals - Thursday, June 12th

• Pick up location will be at the Savannah Convention Center. Exact location will be shared out on Band shortly prior to pick up.
• If you are arriving after your pick up time, please coordinate through a teammate to arrange pick up.
• Pick Up Times: 
  
  • Juniors: 3:00pm
  • Teens & Teen Elites: 3:30pm
  • Senior: 4:00pm
  • Senior Elite: 4:30pm

Costume Drop off In Savannah - June 16th or 17th

• Date and Time TBD based on Competition Schedule and whether routines make Finals
• Details will be shared on Band once a decision is made

Costume Pick up at MDA - Monday, June 23rd

• Please pick up your costume from MDA at the following times:
  
  • Juniors: 4:30pm
  • Teen & Teen Elites: 5:00pm
  • Senior & Senior Elites: 5:30pm

MDA Final Schedule

Schedule Overview from Imagine

Monday, June 16th and Tuesday, June 17th Imagine Nationals will hold their "No Limits Showdown."

The showdown is expected to end by 5pm on June 17th.

Routines are selected over the week and will be announced after all routines in that level have competed. We will share on Band as routines are selected.

If your dancer's routine is selected for finals, it is mandatory to compete. Please make sure your travel plans allow for the possibility of this.

We have been told this is how  many routines are selected:

Level 2 (Intermediate) No Limits Finals- 

• 8 Studios, 1 routine per studio for each division below will be selected
• 11 & Under Small Groups
• 11 & Under Large Groups
• 11 & Under Lines
• 12 & Over Small Groups
• 12 & Over Large Groups
• 12 & Over Lines

Level 3 (Advanced) No Limits Finals - 

• 5 studios, 1 routine per studio for each division below will be selected
• Petite Small Group, Large Group & Lines
• Junior Small Group, Large Group & Lines
• Teen Small Group, Large Group & Line
• Senior Small Group, Large Group & Line

Free Master Classes

It is Imagine's goal to offer free master classes throughout the week, they are not mandatory, but an extra opportunity for students. We will share details here as we get them.

Spirit Day

Imagine has a spirit day, where we encourage our studios to join in the fun and dress according to the theme.  There will be Star Dollars awarded to studios who most demonstrate their spirit.
